Noor Amjadi
Volunteer Instructor
Noor Amjadi is a yoga instructor dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their strength, breath, and inner steadiness. Her teaching journey began with grassroots community wellness programs, where she led women’s classes for four years, witnessing firsthand how movement can foster both resilience and a strong sense of community.
She now shares her practice across Canada through the FitKarwaan Wellness Community, supporting both men and women who seek to move with intention and care. Her approach is rooted in simplicity, offering accessible postures, mindful breathwork, and a calm, supportive environment where each individual can grow at their own pace.
Her practice is inspired by movement that feels grounded and sustainable, breath as a pathway to clarity and calm, and community as a source of motivation. She values progress that honours each person’s unique journey.
She hopes that every session leaves participants feeling lighter, stronger, and more deeply connected to themselves.
